House Memorial 38, sponsored by Rep. Bill McCamley, directs the Legislative Finance Committee to study the impact of marijuana legalization on Colorado and Washington (both legalized marijuana in 2013) so New Mexico legislators can consider similar legislation in our next legislative session.
