After Mayor Javier Gonzales and Councilor Peter Ives announced plans to launch a climate change task force and unplug from PNM's fossil fuel portfolio, PNM got to work behind the scenes to enact their own "Climate Action Plan" that forces Santa Fe residents to subsidize PNM's growing fossil fuel portfolio for decades to come.
